Go to her if you don’t want good service, if you want to continuously be put on the back burner, and if you want the vehicle sold out from under you. Nayeli continuously put me off and when I would reach out she was also SO busy with other customers. I asked multiple times to put down a deposit on the truck and Nayeli said it would be a $500 refundable deposit. I asked how I could pay that deposit and she kept putting me off. The numbers came back yesterday afternoon and they looked good. I agreed to them. The finance department said they needed to update the taxes for my specific state and they’d send it back over asap. I waited for the numbers. Contacted Nayeli the next morning. No response. Tried her again that afternoon. No response. Then 26 hours later I get a text that says “we sold the truck last night, sorry. Is there anything else you’re interested in?”. Nope! I’ll never do business with you or your dealership. So again choose this dealership if you hate yourself and want to be treated like a number, not an actual client. I could go on and on about how bad she was. Just do yourself a favor and stay away. More

"Samantha never came to me with a hard-sell tactic-she simply had a conversation. I told her I only drive Toyotas, and she asked if I had ever driven an EV before? I said yes, and if I ever bought one, it would be a Tesla. She smiled and said, "Come over, let me show you a Chevrolet Blazer EV--a beautiful blue one". When she opened the door and said, "Get in". I was blown away by the stunning red leather interior. I absolutely loved it. I left to think about it, but on the last day of the month, she called me and invited me to come drive it. I did--and had to have it. Sam is the only reason I bought the Blazer EV. Her professionalism, kindness and warm personality that sealed the deal. She's so good that I have since bought a Trax and already planning my third Chevrolet purchase. Thank you, Samantha--you make car buying a joy. More

Being from out of state I wish they would have told me I was exempt from the inspections for th and the DMV inspection. The other for the inspection. I scheduled my car for an oil change no tire rotation. First car in. They rotated the tires I just had aligned. I called 8 times to tell them to change the A/C belt and no response to my voice messages. I First car in. They rotated the tires I just had aligned. They also did not put the screws back in my air filer cover. This visit was horrible. More
