Today, I had my vehicle serviced at 10,000 miles(basic oil change & tire rotation) and when I was leaving the dealership my car conked out and then began smoking from under the hood. I was then told that oil change & tire rotation) and when I was leaving the dealership my car conked out and then began smoking from under the hood. I was then told that not enough oil was put into the car during the oil change??? hmmm... How much was it short? 1 qt? 2? hmm... I refused to leave the dealership until I was told what happened.. I did not want to risk taking responsibility for the car. I am really pissed as the car I brought to them this afternoon is not going to ever be the same car it was when I brought it in there... I am so beyond upset!! More
