Disappointed When you take your car to the dealer you would expect that they could fix it. Unfortunately I was told that they "Think" the problem is the drive belt When you take your car to the dealer you would expect that they could fix it. Unfortunately I was told that they "Think" the problem is the drive belt. I dont want to pay for something that "Might" fix the problem. In addition I did not appreciate the dealership changing out my license plate frame from the previous dealer to theirs. That belongs to me and you do not have the right to take something from my car without my permission. The situation with the car rental / loaner was ridiculous. You either have a car to rent or loan or you dont. I do appreciate that I was not charged for it but the problem with my car was not resolved so it is a wash. Finally there is a huge disconnect between the service dept and Brandon in the sales dept. I find it quite annoying to have him call me and my wife several times to inquire if we were going to bring out car in for service when the car was there the whole time. I More
