The piece that was supposed to be replaced was not there at the moment, this was a guaranteed recall replacement piece. The mechanic said they would call me when available. I AM STILL WAITING. I also received a letter recommending me to change the battery which I checked and it was still very much ok and the change of brake pads. Those are taken care of. I usually go to the mechanic of my trust because of the fact that your services are unnecessarily more expensive and since times are difficult I appreciate the money I can save. Another issue is that I keep receiving emails and letters about a Forte I no longer own, but they write to me as if I still owe payments on the vehicle. It would be nice if your sales department update their files so they don't bother people with these annoying letters. I know your sales departments are eager to sell, but not to the point that they are pushing me to trade a vehicle that is not in my possession a long time ago offering me deals based on something that is not updated. More
