We met him on a weekend, and expressed interest in a Mini Countryman, however told him we needed to do some research on the vehicle and would be back in touch with him. He answered all of our questions, give us his card, not pushy at all, and told us to feel free to e-mail him with any other questions. Thomas was great at getting back to me throughout the week and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. What set this sale apart from other car buying experiences, was that my wife and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. I am always prepared to do battle once I step in to a car dealership and this was not the case. Thomas has a relaxed warm approach to selling which immediately puts you at ease!
