He answered all of our questions, give us his card, not pushy at all, and told us to feel free to e-mail him with any other questions. Thomas was great at getting back to me throughout the week and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. What set this sale apart from other car buying experiences, was that my wife and I never felt pressured at any point during the process. I am always prepared to do battle once I step in to a car dealership and this was not the case. Thomas has a relaxed warm approach to selling which immediately puts you at ease!
