Horrible buying experience and broken promises from this dealer. They take advantage of the eldery disabled Vets. They promised us a replacement set of keys/remote for our vehicle and instead made excuses and put the blame on each other, never returned calls back, We left several voice mails even to the GM Elizondo and no response. I will NOT be taking my car back to this location. Dropped off my car for an oil change and described a ruffled sound from my speaker on drivers side. When I picked up my car it had 58 miles and when I questioned the service manager (Jorge DeLosSantos) and service advisor (Jerrell Berry) they just said the technician need to drive my car to figure out where the sound came from. Which I then said they drove my car over 50 miles to determine a sound from a speaker? When I first arrived for a scheduled appointment, Luiz Alvarez told me he couldn't find my car in the system.(vehicle was purchased at Ancira on i10) I had called back in March to schedule my first oil change and receptionist had no problem finding my vehicle and had already confirmed it would be free. I find it hard to believe that SouthPark NIssan would drive 58 miles to hear a muffled sound coming from the speaker/door. They also left dirt all on my dashboard. Do NOT take your cars to this location. Drive the extra miles to Ancira on i-10. I have reached out to speak to an additional manager and NO ONE seems to have a contact person. More
