Although i was well versed in the features in my selection, matt took the time to review them and even offered to set some of the entertainment and communication features up after purchase. The whole buying experience was surprisingly pleasant and i actually had fun. Everyone i encountered at the dealership greeted me with a smile, made sure i was comfortable and being assisted. I would say that atmosphere where everyone seemed relaxed and generally happy to help made for the pleasant buying experience. It also helped that matt and the other representatives did not come off as overly pushy or aggressive even when it seemed we could not reach an aggreement. They remained professional and polite. I also like the fact that matt and team were attentive and kept the paperwork process moving along as swiftly along as they could after the deal had been made.
