He earned our trust, unlike a sales rep at another non-Hyundai dealership, who countered the negative report I'd read on their model's reliability with: "The main thing is, do you like the car?" More

He made my experience at South Point Hyundai not seem too terribly “official” in the sense that he treated us like people he’d been friends with for a long time, and we didn’t have to wait forever wondering what exactly was going on. He kept us in the loop on things that were happening throughout the entire process, and they even stayed late to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted the evening I went in to buy my car! What’s so significant about that to me is that no one seemed the least bit inconvenienced by it, and everyone seemed happy to help! The only criticism I have, which I’d have expected to hear from a manager by now, honestly, is that when I came back to have all the plastic removed from my car, I was told there would be about a 45 minute wait. I ended up waiting for right at three hours after having been told that my car was locked up in the shop. I had to wait for a shop manager to come unlock the doors and get my car out for me. I couldn’t leave my car because I have type 1 diabetes and my insulin was in my car. Miles helped try to remedy the situation (as did the shop manager who came to get my car out of the shop - Meagan?) by washing my car. I won’t let one isolated incident make me dislike the dealership, because everyone else has been so helpful, but still, that’s a pretty irresponsible thing to do with a waiting customer. If it weren’t for Miles and his “fix-it” type personality, I’d probably go to the dealership that’s closer to me in the future for any service I’ll need on my car. But, I do appreciate the guys I’ve spoken with! More
