a mixed experience The dealership was fairly good, but snuck in ~$2000 of fees into the total for services I did not care for (window etching, clear coat protection etc) The dealership was fairly good, but snuck in ~$2000 of fees into the total for services I did not care for (window etching, clear coat protection etc) and were not remotely upfront about the cost of these services. When seeing the total was higher than I expected it to be, the finance manager would not let me see the cost breakdown until much of the other paperwork was signed. By the time I saw it I realized I had already agreed for these additional services. he made me feel at that point that I had no choice but to accept it as was (as I had apparently agreed to services not knowing that they cost significantly extra). I was exhausted from being at the dealership for 6 hours at that point and let it slide, but felt ripped off later. To the dealerships credit, after mutliple calls and emails, they agreed to remove those services and let me resign the paperwork, so only time was lost. However, be warned that they might try and push useless services on customers and will act tough about your options to get you to agree to everything. More
