The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a clear teamwork effort. I was greeted by Kevin, told him my needs and he showed me a Tuscan Black Night vehicle. I told him what I liked and didn't like and he took that information and told me he had the perfect vehicle, but it was blue (I didn't want blue) I asked to see it anyway. Clearly it was a sign that Hyundai was my new family looking out for me because he came back with a black Tuscan Limited straight off the truck with all the bells and whistles I wanted AND the panoramic sunroof. This was just the beginning of my great experience. When it came to pricing I was greeted by a happy smiling Jamie (He always seems to be in a good mood... I liked that about him). He didn't give me any BS, asked me what price I wanted and showed me what he could do. There were no other dealers who did that for me and instead made me fight tooth and nail for something even remotely close to what I was looking for. Needless to say, those dealers missed out on my business. When I thought it over and was ready to sign papers I worked with Miles who again personified that Hyundai family atmosphere. He was very laid back, went through everything and let me on my way in my new vehicle. I wasn't worried whether I got every and all information I needed because all three employees gave me their cell numbers and said I was more than welcome to text or call with any questions which really takes that professional relationship to a new level of comfort that ties in to that family feeling. I moved to Texas by myself from the Northeast and I have already found a family here in SouthPoint Hyundai. More
