However, I bought a brand new 2017 car, and I was really disappointed with the vehicle's shape when they gave it to me. I guess they try to clean it, but it wasn't what I had expected or experienced in purchases with other dealerships. It's sad to have a brand new car that doesn't look like a new car. Also, I've been trying to reach some of the people that gave me cards (over the email) to gather some information on my car that I need, and days have passed and they have not replied to my messages.
