I was totally impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. I received and paid exactly the amount we agreed on over the phone. The F&I manager was knowledgeable in explaining other options but he wasn't pushy or overbearing. Therion offered to and did drop the car off at my house after it had been prepped and washed.
