Great Experience This is the 3rd Hyundai I've driven in my lifetime. I hand selected my salesman out of the pack lurking at the entrance way. I was not disappointed. I was dreading the adventure of buying a car because I have never had a decent experience at a dealership. Timmy was very determined to give me what I wanted, and never pushed to put me in a car I knew I couldn't afford. Everything Timmy promised me showed up on my finance paperwork (that was a first), and not one time did he patronize me like a "silly little woman"....which scored HUGE points in my book. He made my experience exceptional. The finance guy I dealt with was challenging, though. He kept pushing the 10 year no-fault warranty on me - typical finance trick - no matter how many times I told him no. I knew what kind of finance rate to expect because I did my homework. Finally, after telling him *REPEATEDLY* that I did NOT want that warranty, he asked if I would buy it if he could get me a significantly lower interest rate. He got me that interest rate, 6% less than what the credit union offered me, as evident on my finance paperwork, so I bought the warranty, thinking it would come in handy if the electrical, compressor, and/or blower motor decide to break like it had in my trade-in with only 72k miles. Compared to the other finance guys I've dealt with in the past, he was the best...but I just do not care for the pushy hard sell tactics that finance guys just seem to love. All the staff were friendly, actually. It's just a great dealership. More

Everything was as promised in regards to the quality of their make ready department and the attention to detail that Tim Palmer exhibited to make sure I fully understood the differences\improvements to my new car, as compared to my earlier Hyundai. I continue to be pleased with my experience at South Point Hyundai and will continue to do business with them as long as they keep it up! More

The price could have been reduced a little bit more, since they made a mistake on showing me someone else's price and interest rates. I had a great salesperson Awsume. I was there way too long, that entire process took over 6 hours. thank you for your time More

They worked as a team to make sure all our needs & questions were met & answered. The entire shopping & buying experience is the BEST we've ever had compared to our buying experiences with Nissan. I also want to mention Oscar Bailey was very helpful & informative with pairing our phone & info on our nav system. We definitely plan to purchase another vehicle from this dealer(South Point Hyundai)because we were very impressed with our buying experience. We have been Nissan customers for 17yrs but after our sales experience w/South Point, we also plan to purchase a new car for my wife from this dealer & not Nissan. More

Pushy Salesman Salesman wasn't respectful of the clear time and budget limitations we set forth at the beginning of the process. The salesman also tried to charge us for items that were already included in the price and used pressure tactics in an effort to make us feel like we needed more than we did. Ultimately we left with a new car at a price we were happy with but it took hours of negotiation and haggling that we felt could have been avoided if our salesman had paid better attention to what we knew we wanted instead of the commission he would be taking home. Also dealership is uncomfortable to sit in during sales process and there are no changing table in the bathrooms which smelled like a sewer leak. The service dept was very kind as usual though. More
