I felt like your sales people were not genuine. They were telling me anything I wanted to hear to make the sale. However they missed listening and actually understanding my needs. Internet sales person had the facts because u fill out your needs on Internet and she worked to find the car on your lot. Plus your dealer has a couple of creepy sales people that are watching your every move and as a female feels wierd I don't think I would feel comfortable going to buy a car by myself. More
