The dealership had our car for 55+ days. The original service department manager left the company one day after we had arranged to leave the car here for repairs. They were communicative when contacted service department manager left the company one day after we had arranged to leave the car here for repairs. They were communicative when contacted . Time for repairs was drawn out by additional problems encountered during repairs and long delivery of parts. When the car was finally back in our possession after transport and 61 days away the aux starting battery was dead. This is somewhat disappointing. More disappointed in Hyundai than the dealership service department. More

After taking my vehicle into another dealership and having such a disappointing experience I was glad I chose South Point. They did an amazing job figuring out the problem and fixing it in a timely man having such a disappointing experience I was glad I chose South Point. There was nothing negative about my experience with them. The only small disappointment that I had was picking my vehicle up dirty. I know that they won’t detail the car but would have been nice to have no dirt and dust. I think a simple but thorough wash 🧽 would have been wonderful. More
