Amazing experience. 10/10. Five stars!! I had been to three other dealerships and then found South Point Hyundai through the AAA website. They had the exact car I was looking for. I called and spoke to S three other dealerships and then found South Point Hyundai through the AAA website. They had the exact car I was looking for. I called and spoke to Sonny Nasar. He explained everything to me, I went straight there and purchased my dream car! This is the first time I have bought a brand new car and was extremely intimidated by the whole experience. Shawn Hamze was a great help, very kind and has been great as far as following up with me and making sure I am truly satisfied as their customer. The finance person was Carter Palmer and he was amazing!! And I have to say, do not doubt this man based on his young age, he was incredible. He’s someone I would love to see where he is in five years, he’s really something else! The whole process was so quick, I got what I wanted and felt so respected and they even got me a better rate than my credit union offered me. Thank you so much Shawn, Carter, and Sonny. I will 100% recommend everyone I know in the Austin area (I live an hour away and it was well worth the drive) to go to South Point Hyundai when looking for their next car. More
