I really appreciate the way that the products were presented and allowed to speak for themselves. Upon providing information, it was simply a matter of yes/no on my end with absolutely no pushiness. I cannot say the same for previous new car buying experiences at other dealerships. This was a welcome and refreshing change from what I've come to expect. I am genuinely grateful to Southpoint Hyundai for the transparency and respect every step of the way. Along with just doing the job, Derrick has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for the products he is selling. Derrick's enthusiasm for his craft and for Hyundai/Genesis was the best part of the experience as there is always the inevitable wait times during the car buying process and the informed conversation filled that time nicely. Congrats to Southpoint for hiring this guy. He is not phoning it in. He does an awesome job of evangelizing the brand and lets it sell itself.
