After having a less than favorable experience while searching for a 2021 Hyundai Palisade in the Houston area we chose to expand our search to Austin and Round Rock. We located the desired SUV, color, searching for a 2021 Hyundai Palisade in the Houston area we chose to expand our search to Austin and Round Rock. We located the desired SUV, color, package bench seat etc. I reached out to South Pointe Hyundai in a Sunday knowing they would be closed and I expected a call the following Monday. They have Concierge Service that called me back on Sunday almost immedialey! I received an email from Shawn Hamze and that became my sales manager. He confirmed they actually has the car, (which many deaers misrepresent) and after providing a Carmax price for my trade - Shawn provided the entire breakdown of trade, costs and monthly payment. I jumped in the car, drove to Ausitn from The Woodlands, Texas and had the BEST buying experience I've had. Shawn was incredible, fast, smart, detail oriented, and explained all the options of the car. Nothing sketchy. All honest. The finance mansger Sheldon Hoffman was a dream as well, Personable, honest and again direct to the deal. I will DEFINITELY make the 3 hour drive back the next time to seek a to purchase a Hyundai.
