I had a great experience at South Shore Subaru.I usually find acquiring a new vehicle to be a very stressful experience. This time was totally different. I just wanted to thank south shore subaru for the pleasant experience we had this weekend when coming in to "sit in and just test drive" a forester. We met with Lou Martinez and also spoke to the Sal pleasant experience we had this weekend when coming in to "sit in and just test drive" a forester. We test drove, talked numbers were offered food and drink and every question was either answered with out our even asking or answered immediately when asked. The sales manager even came by to make sure we were comfortable and if we had any other questions. We did not come in to make a deal that day but based on our satisfaction with the staff including the really nice financing gentleman and especially Lou, we did. What a great place.  More
