After having nothing but frustration from Hassett in Wantagh, I was fortunate to have found South Shore Subaru in Lindenhurst. They had a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived after work to diagnose Wantagh, I was fortunate to have found South Shore Subaru in Lindenhurst. They had a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived after work to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and had my car serviced and ready the next day instead of having to wait 5 weeks as I was told by Hassett. They are courteous, kind, receptive, immaculately clean and knowledgeable. I can't give enough stars to Luann Rogan, the service advisor. This was my first time at South Shore and it won't be my last! After riding the loaner car, they gave me an itch to check out new inventory; something to look forward to and no other place to purchase but at South Shore Subaru. Overall, this place is a 10! More

I went to South Shore last month with intentions of leasing or buying a pre-owned Crosstrek or Forester. I was referred to Lou Martinez by a friend and he was able to make my car searching experience a leasing or buying a pre-owned Crosstrek or Forester. I was referred to Lou Martinez by a friend and he was able to make my car searching experience a breeze. Although I did not end up finding the right pre-owned Forester I was looking for at South Shore, Lou helped tremendously with providing great service and info on pricing, different models/trim detail, leasing vs. financing options, etc... Anything you can think of when it comes to car shopping, he was able to work with me diligently to make sure I would be satisfied with my choices. If I am ever back in the market for a new Subaru, I will be going to South Shore and hope to work with Lou again or someone just as great! More
