Texted my customer service rep asking about progress, no response. I had to go and locate rep. No one should have to lose a day of work for a scheduled oil change! Oil changes can be completed in 10 minutes-who cares about a multipoint inspection-when it doesn’t include all liquids filled and a basic car wash? And, at this point I don’t know that oil & filter was changed or my tires rotated. This was simply an awful service station/dealership experience, beginning with a lounge without good coffee and no areas to charge a phone! These nicer things wouldn’t be expected at a 10 min oil change place, but if a person is using a dealership, service on all fronts should be superb and not less than average. More
