We got a 2015 Mini Cooper Sport pre-owned for 2k downpayment! We put the money down, and walked out with no documentation!! 😄 Dealership’s are legally required to give it to us.. their bank they set us up with was very disrespectful, they complete ignored my concerns that I didn’t own a SUV since they asked if I owned one from them, that the Mini cooper was for me in my name and that my fiancé was borrowing it because he has work. They disliked the idea he was driving it and claimed me for buying the car just for my fiancé. A “straw purchase” which is nothing compared to what they are claiming. Even then it’s not their issue or matter if a married couple shares a vehicle. The car insurance should care. Due to the bank disliking it they declined my documents. I explained they didn’t understand and miscommunicated. Then dealership demanded the car back. We contacted over and over again, asking if we could have our documents since we didn’t get it the day we put money on the car. We also asked for documents that we are getting our money back, preferably cash, not check for safety. They took our vehicle the same night they told us it doesn’t matter if we get the papers or not. And being disrespectful to my fiancé over the phone. We have screen shots of chats, the picture of one paper they gave us for the cars paper tag, and screen shots towards the things their doing is illegal!! They broke so many laws just to get the car back from us without documents or money back. 🙃 More

2 hour oil change, although scheduled a week in advance. No paper mat on driver’s side. No car wash. Did not reset oil change. Tire pressure was not set the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Texted my customer service rep asking about progress, no response. I had to go and locate rep. No one should have to lose a day of work for a scheduled oil change! Oil changes can be completed in 10 minutes-who cares about a multipoint inspection-when it doesn’t include all liquids filled and a basic car wash? And, at this point I don’t know that oil & filter was changed or my tires rotated. This was simply an awful service station/dealership experience, beginning with a lounge without good coffee and no areas to charge a phone! These nicer things wouldn’t be expected at a 10 min oil change place, but if a person is using a dealership, service on all fronts should be superb and not less than average. More
