It is hard to find a place where the people are more than willing to help. I didn't have a problem at all getting service here at Southaven Honda. It’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone. My only complaint. The serviceman was fantastic and accommodating Phillip. EVERYTHING WAS OK EXCEPT THEY Vacuumed the front of the car but didn't vacuum the back...... I was told the reason why was because I had items in the back which were a bag and maybe a pair of flip flops car but didn't vacuum the back......
