Purchase of a leased car I was met by Steve Resavy With whom I discussed my expiring three-year lease. I also met Jim Riger, General Mgr. The idea of buying a new car was appealing as the price differential would be minimal and I was very impressed with the lifetime warranty. Steve even let me drive the car in question. I told him I would see him next morning after discussing deal with my son-in-law. The next day I realized how much I loved my beautiful Toyota XLE, A beautiful car with only 6700 miles on it. I hated to disappoint Steve but he was very understanding. In my two meetings with Steve, I found him to be very knowledgeable, and gracious. Seven 441 he’s lucky to have such a fine representative. I will recommend him to all my friends and certainly use him for my next car purchase. More

Carlos Orijuela went above and beyond driving with my husband back and forward from the dealer to my office to show me a couple of cars! Carlos was very patient, he spent hours with my husband on that day and then had to spent time with me as well. I am not an easy buyer, since I am a former Toyota/Corporate employee with years of experience training dealer employees, including service advisors and sales consultants. He did not rush the process and was very attentive to both my husband and I. He is a sales consultant learning the business and I am sure that within a short period of time he could become one of the best at the dealer.
