On 5/18/2025, I brought my 2024 Toyota Corolla—purchased from this very dealership—for its first oil change. After the service, I drove home and parked the car. A little while later, I walked outside and noticed oil stains all over my driveway. Concerned, I got back in the car and saw a maintenance warning on the screen. It looked like they didn’t even bother to reset the oil change interval. I don’t remember seeing that message before the service, but either way, that should’ve been part of the job. Since it was a Sunday, I opened a chat on your website and explained the situation, stressing that someone needed to call me first thing Monday (5/19). When no one did, I followed up through chat again and was told—again—someone would be reaching out. Now it’s 11:40 a.m. and I’ve still heard nothing. I decided to call myself. I asked to speak with someone directly because this is my only vehicle, and I have important medical appointments. What happened next? I was transferred to a voicemail. It’s now midday. I’ll be updating this post as things progress. I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime and I’ve never experienced anything like this. Maybe it’s a Florida thing—but if this is the level of service I should expect from Toyota here, that’s deeply disappointing. Let’s see how long it takes to fix a mistake your techs caused…. Edit:::: update it is now 445pm . No one has returned my numerous calls and messages. The oil still seems to be leaking. I have contacted Toyota corporate and filed a complaint.
