Got my car worked on in September. It was supposed to only take a week to be finished turned into 2 weeks. Poor communication with the customers And the icing on the cake When I went to go pick it up the only take a week to be finished turned into 2 weeks. Poor communication with the customers And the icing on the cake When I went to go pick it up they parked it for a couple days with the window open. Causing my To get flooded with water Took another two weeks to get cleaned. Would not recommend anybody to get service at this dealership. More

My history with this dealer start when we decided to buy an used Mercedes Benz C 300 2017 on November 21/2021 next day we realized the the radio has no audio , and the check engine come on so I take the car an used Mercedes Benz C 300 2017 on November 21/2021 next day we realized the the radio has no audio , and the check engine come on so I take the car back to the dealer , they try to fix the car but they don’t have the knowledge and necessary equipment to fix it so I made an appointment for Friday December 10 , I left the car on Toyota dealer I call every single day for updates and nothing on Wednesday 15 I drive to the dealer and pick the car myself car still not being fixed they really don’t give xxxx I don’t Recommend no one to buy cars in this dealer More
