Rashan is professional, courteous, and hardworking We confirmed stock # and agreed to a price of the vehicle (CPO 2017 MDX) over the phone. Our Sales Associate, Rashan T., was extremely courteous, We confirmed stock # and agreed to a price of the vehicle (CPO 2017 MDX) over the phone. Our Sales Associate, Rashan T., was extremely courteous, polite and professional throughout the entire experience. He confirmed everything with us multiple times over the phone, had the MDX waiting for us at our appointment time, ready for a test drive. He demonstrated all of the features and answered all questions throughout the test drive. He quickly worked through the initial paperwork with us. He showed hustle and hard-work. Everything was perfect until the General Manager decided not to honor the previously agreed upon purchase price. David K. (General Manager) was unprofessional with a smile. He caused a delay in our paperwork processing so he could eat lunch (at 2:30pm while we had an appointment and were the only customers in the building). He accused the salesman of agreeing to a price that he could not honor (David himself called and confirmed the appointment time and vehicle details the evening prior). He demeaned his sales associate, took no responsibility and showed no remorse for the misunderstanding and 2.5 hours of wasted time he alone caused. We walked out of the dealership due to his inefficaciousness and the way he treats his employees. Due to the General Manager, we will never return to Hall Acura in Newport News as long as David K. treats customers and employees in such a demeaning manor, and anyone we can share with will know why.
