Great experience. They went the extra mile!!!!!! I test drove a TLX in Maryland and had decided on the options and color I wanted. The dealer told me that there was only one model in the area, Newport News, but it was too far to do a dealer trade. I decided to contact Hall to inquire about the car, though I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase 4 hours from where I live. I have to say I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Sheldon Watson and the Hall staff. They were extremely responsive from the moment I contacted them and walked me through the long distance purchase every step of the way. The icing on the cake was when Sheldon offered to drive the car directly to my home and drive my trade-in back to the dealership. Though he didn't arrive until 9PM, he spent over 2 hours with my wife and I to go through every last detail of the TLX. I highly recommend Sheldon Watson if you're looking for excellent customer service with a down to earth and friendly individual.
