He let us test drive multiple vehicles and walked us through the interior equipment. The very next day after the purchase, we wanted another rundown of the vehicle and we texted him asking if it would be okay to come in 20min to see if he had time and he promptly texted back saying, “Sounds good! See you in 20min!”. He was always smiling, happy to help, and completely genuine throughout the entire ordeal! My parents speak limited English but Devin made sure that they were understanding everything he was saying and was always patient and kind and did not take advantage of that. Devin, thank you so much for your patience and for helping us purchase our car! Side note, the ENTIRE staff at the Hall Acura Newport News was phenomenal. Seriously, each and every one of the gentlemen had a smile on their face, went out of their way to help us even though they were not directly involved. John and the gentleman who saw I was looking for my dad noticed and pointed me to where he was. Exceptional customer service and I love the fact that no one tried to push extra services or fees.
