Long waits. First issue I had, I took a separate vehicle in for service, the guy in service department told me they didn’t have the key to the lockbox and I was First issue I had, I took a separate vehicle in for service, the guy in service department told me they didn’t have the key to the lockbox and I was unable to get my car that day. That day turned into 3 days. Because one of their technicians took the key home? I asked him if he could call the technician, he said he did not have his number. No one tried to help me. Completely unacceptable and inexcusable. I’d talk to one person on the phone, show up and no one knows who I’m talking about even though it’s only been minutes since I was called. Separate issue, I bought a vehicle. Waited very long to get my car back from detail, only to be handed the key to my new car I just bought with the tire pressure light on. They have kids running this place and it shows.messy. Wouldn’t buy from them again. The young lady Anna in finance is pleasant, but the bar is low. Hated my experience. More

I don’t believe they actually complete the multi-point inspection as they claim to. Out of the six items they claimed need attention soon, three of them were on the list the last time my vehicle was servi inspection as they claim to. I made a 1000 hr appointment on the service web page a couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done. Got to the Chesapeake dealership at 0940 and they completed the couple days in advance. Brought it in to have the VA State Insp and recall work done. Had my oil changed. Didn’t take extremely long but could have been quicker. The oil change reminder sticker was not replaced. Other than that everything was fine.
