I’m satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. I was displeased with the lack of communication about my vehicle. Made an appointment that ‘could not be found’, lied about towing drop off time, did not keep to the appointment time I was given, no follow up on phone calls for a full day and no service person to speak to. towing drop off time, did not keep to the appointment time I was given, no follow up on phone calls for a full day and no service person to speak to. Overcharged for supplies by $350 compared to local competitor and could not come down on price, separate diagnostic fee for each item on a list even though each was potentially related, Diagnostic fee not rolled into service charges as at other places. Extremely disappointed with the service and would not recommend to others. More
