Quick. Easy. Can't ask for me This was a tricky situation that Steve made easy work of. I am completely new to RAM trucks, and came into this wanting a truck that was available to This was a tricky situation that Steve made easy work of. I am completely new to RAM trucks, and came into this wanting a truck that was available to build on the customer website, but was not yet available to actually order. There was no set release date for the particular package I wanted, further complicating this. Steve quickly found out that the Rebel 12 may be available to order sooner than people think, but couldn't say when. He continually checked the order form and updated me each day for about a week. Patience is not my virtue, so I had started discussing other rams and even other makes. It seemed I was starting the talk myself out of a Rebel, as it was going to be Rebel 12 or bust. Lucky for me, the Rebel 12 became available, and I am betting Steve caught it pretty much the second it became available. He called me, and within an hour a deposit was put down. Could not have been easier. During this process other dealerships were non-committal about even being able to order by the end of the year, making it clear that Steve was going above and beyond. I go through quite a few vehicles for both business and personal use, I will not hesitate to contact Steve again. Thank you! More
