Everything was great until my husband went to pick up the vehicle. Charge was somewhere between $1500-1800. Until my husband reminded the service tech that we had a warranty. Worst experience, active duty military and have several Jeep Dealerships to compare you to, From Florida to California and Tennessee Set up an appointment for recall and to look at a tire balance with to Jeep Dealerships to compare you to, From Florida to California and Tennessee Set up an appointment for recall and to look at a tire balance with to fix a jeep issue, was checked in and was told vehicle was going to be ready at the end of the day, only to then be summoned 10 minutes later with an uber on the way only to state recall steering dampener part wast in and I had to cancel my Uber at cost to me and was told they would call me when part was in. total waste of time, lost hours at work, again active duty military time is of essence and lost money cancelling Uber… Worst experience ever More
