Service advisors are friendly and courteous however communication between whatever call center they use and the dealership needs A LOT of work. Also the techs need to be more mindful of their work. I took my vehicle in for an airbag recall and headlight replacement and the next day the panels covering the side airbags they replaced literally fell off while i was driving. I took it back the next day and they made it right by fixing it on the spot. The day after that, i opened my hood to check my air filter and i noticed that one of the plastic tabs that hold my front bumper on was missing. I knew this was their doing because a couple weeks earlier, I took my car in to have the radiator replaced and all my clips were there. To replace my headlight, they needed to remove the clips to remove the bumper. Guess carelessness and/or laziness came into play and thought I wouldn’t notice. I figured its not worth wasting my time or gas to make yet another trip back for one of those clips so I’ll just take this loss for now. More
