The service was okay but the wait was excessive. I would prefer not to have to wait close to two hours for an oil change. I schedule appointments with the thought that I can be in and out since I ha I would prefer not to have to wait close to two hours for an oil change. I schedule appointments with the thought that I can be in and out since I have an appointment, but that has not been the case the last three visits. The waiting room is nice and clean and quiet. All of the associates have good customer service, it’s just that the wait is way too long. I like this location because it is closer to me than the location on Military Hwy. More

I'm supposed to have free oil changes, after receiving my first one I was handed an invoice for over a thousand dollars for an engine air filter, cabin air filter, brake fluid and differential fluid, I was t first one I was handed an invoice for over a thousand dollars for an engine air filter, cabin air filter, brake fluid and differential fluid, I was told I couldn't get my free oil changes done anymore unless they do all that work, which is insane, the filters and fluids would probably only cost around 60 bucks if I went and got it myself. The dealership should have taken care of all these things before selling the vehicle. More
