Purchased a vehicle from this location last few days have been horrible. Disappointed with the Sales person dishonest and wording on added on contract items and condition of vehicle. Make it Right! Absolutely crappy experience. Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. Wanted an oil change (last of three "free" oil changes remaining from new purchase) and a state i Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. Wanted an oil change (last of three "free" oil changes remaining from new purchase) and a state inspection. Well I was in the wrong lane. I pulled into the oil change line. They said that I had to go get in the other lane, that was now 10 deep. They also said that I had to call for a state inspection. That that had been the rule of months. Having been on their website as soon as yesterday I can assure you that that requirement is not mentioned anywhere. I left; I won't be back. They can stick my last "free" oil change in their ear. More
