I have an old dodge and they were still able to complete the job and find parts for my vehicle. So thankful for them! Very pleased with Nicole Bandera and her service however I was not at all happy with the call center because the call center overbooked Nicole and scheduled me for a 2 PM appointment to have my oil changed I was not at all happy with the call center because the call center overbooked Nicole and scheduled me for a 2 PM appointment to have my oil changed in my truck I finally got my truck oil change done at 4 pm and my truck was returned to me after 5 pm . Nicole Bandera, my service rep. Was very helpful and let me know that the call center had overbooked her. Call center had booked me for. 2 pm appt and it cost me Three extra hours of my time having my truck returned at 5 pm ! Very happy with Nicole and her service !!!! VERY UNHAPPY with the Call Center and the way they scheduled my appt . If I cannot make my appointments directly with my service rep,Nicole , I most definitely will not deal with the call center again !! On a scale of 1-10, Nicole gets a 10 and the Call Center gets a -2. !!! More
