Sam was great, we did everything over the phone and she drove the vehicle out to my home so I wouldn't have to come in the dealership. ****UPDATE**** After speaking to Steve, another manager, he met us in the middle and cut us a check for the tires. Steve did what should’ve been done the night we bought the vehicle! Thank you!!! Personnel are fine. The past three visits, someone left trash in vehicles. Vehicle failed VA Inspection for one burnt out #194 bulb. Service department wanted $32.80 to replace it. I did it for less than $ trash in vehicles. Vehicle failed VA Inspection for one burnt out #194 bulb. Service department wanted $32.80 to replace it. I did it for less than $2.50. It took all of 30 seconds for me to replace the bulb. A burnt out license plate bulb is no great safety concern. It would have been better customer relations simply to advise the customer to get it fixed (a police officer would do no different). A lot of time and expense wasted for both parties. Doesn't make a customer want to return again for service or sales for sure. More
