Stephen Harvell is the one bright star, in working with this dealership. He is always friendly, responsive, and goes out of his way to help work out the best solution for your issue. My only complaint, and this is through no fault of his, is having an appointment for a mere oil change, and still waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes to get out of there. If I were a walk-in, I could see it, but with an appointment, this is a ridiculously long wait for this simple service, and a waste of a customer's valuable time. More
