The dealership was nice, clean, and the mechanics were helpful. I however exclude the service front desk employee named Nicole. Nicole was unnecessarily rude and condescending on multiple interactions ove helpful. I however exclude the service front desk employee named Nicole. When I initial brought my vehicle in to be check Nicole insisted “there is no way that is the issue”. Nicole proceeded to be condescending while booking my service appointment and was even more rude when I returned to pick up my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership however wear your tough skin if you happen to find yourself in front of Nicole. If possible I would give Nicole zero stars. More

Went in for an appointment for an oil change. Somehow they broke the plastic under my drivers seat. Tried to pass it off as if it never happened. When I showed them they 'fixed it' twice but didn't do anything. Showed up next day demanding to have it fixed but was told they needed to talk to boss instead of fixing it. Boss approved it. When they fixed it everything was fine but the whole experience was bad. Will never go back. More
