Absolutely crappy experience. Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. Wanted an oil change (last of three "free" oil changes remaining from new purchase) and a state i Was in the service line at 0615 for 0700 opening. They said that I had to go get in the other lane, that was now 10 deep. They also said that I had to call for a state inspection. That that had been the rule of months. Having been on their website as soon as yesterday I can assure you that that requirement is not mentioned anywhere. I left; I won't be back. They can stick my last "free" oil change in their ear.
