The service went well however, when it was time to get my vehicle the service person gave the wrong person my vehicle paperwork and the customer asked me if my last name was Brock. Every time I go in for service it lasts a minimum of 3 hours to get an oil change done. This last time I scheduled a week in advance (in person, because the service department is terrible at answering cal hours to get an oil change done. This last time I scheduled a week in advance (in person, because the service department is terrible at answering calls, or responding to voicemails) to get an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection, THEY also wanted to get an appraisal done, which they scheduled 4 days in advance. I arrived and checked in at 8:15, 15 minutes before my appointment, they didn't get done with my car until 11:00. They still didn't do the appraisal which took them till 12:00 to finish. I finally got my keys in which I just left. Someone called me around 2:00 to remind me that I had an appraisal scheduled and they didn't see that I had showed up. It has been a month and I haven't heard what my appraisal was. I dread having to get service done at this location. But in order to keep their warranty, it's required. This was just one of several bad experiences at Southern Greenbrier. More
