Took my Jeep in and told them rear differential light was on last oil change. They unplugged it and said it was fixed. 2 days later light came back on. Drove in and lady was rude and said they couldn’t look on last oil change. They unplugged it and said it was fixed. 2 days later light came back on. Went to pick it up and I was told I owed $495.00. My Jeep is under warranty with 23,000 miles and only owned for 2 years. Lady was rude and said that’s not what the bill says. She told me I owed the amount and it wasn’t covered. Let her know I wasn’t paying for it. Then she went and checked the service and said it was coded wrong that it was covered. I am not happy at all with the way, I was treated or how the situation was handled. This is my second car I purchased from your dealership since 2019. I believe it will be my last. More
