When I came to the dealership for 3 recalls with my Ram 3500 / 2023. Brian has helped with my service in the past and he let me know when the parts came. The communication by the service team was poor. We put a down payment for tires and were told they would be in the next day. Finally, after 2 weeks we returned AGAIN and were told that the tires had been in for over a week and a half ago. The service team did not seem to care that we were inconvenienced at all. More

Was 5th in line for an oil change at 8:15 am didn't leave untill 2:40pm that's just excessive. I think you would rather have me go else where and pay for my oil change than to be put off all day for what yo untill 2:40pm that's just excessive.
