Communication is terrible with this service department. There was a recall to fix my truck and I was left in the dark for months wondering what this dealership was doing to fix my truck. Just to find out that my service advisor had quit and nothing was actually being done with my truck. The service manager did get to the bottom of things that did take more time to solve. It’s all said and done now. I will not return to this dealership. This is strike three with me. More

I had bad experience with service department at Southern Chrysler Jeep a few times ONLY after COVID-19. I had absolutely great service (5 years) before COVID-19. I'm not sure if it's because of new management but they currently have a poor service department with poor communication in my opinion. Every service requirement seems to be a 3 day or more drop off time. Which leaves you without a vehicle. Everytime 1 thing is fixed I'm back at this service department 2 days later about something they could've captured at the initial visit. My battery was completely dead causing the battery to no longer be any good. Therefore, I had to purchase another one. I received my Jeep ONLY to notice another light was lit on the dashboard. I reviewed the manual before leaving the dealership to discover there was something wrong with the auto start/stop system. I go back in to notify service department ONLY for them to tell me they would have to set up another appointment for diagnosis. Please keep in mind it's a fee and 3 days drop off time everytime let customer service tell you. During the 2nd appointment it was discovered the secondary battery was dead. In my opinion this should've been caught previously. Fast forward, I bring my Jeep in for AC problems (which the problem was found but wasnt fixed completely) and as I'm leaving the 4WD service light is coming on every 5 seconds. Therefore, it no way the maintainer didn't notice the constant beeping sound. Once again I have to schedule another appointment for a $199 diagnosis fee. Everything is overpriced and I feel like I was being taken advantage of with the back services when could've been brought to my attention at the initial appointment. I hope they figure things out.
