I went in for a state inspection. My car had a tire fail the inspection but I could not see what the technician Paul was talking about and why it failed. I also had a mechanic look at my tire and they saw nothing wrong with it either. There was no core or wire showing as the technician at Southern Chrysler Jeep had seen. I got new tires put on my vehicle and they also saw nothing wrong with any of my tires. Once my car was done being inspected, I was called up to the technicians desk and he told me about my car failing and then had me go back to the waiting room to wait for my paperwork and keys. No one ever called me. After 35 minutes I went to the cashier and she said no one brought the paperwork yet. I waited for an hour and had to go back to the technician Paul and he was surprised I was still there. He went and found out that no one grabbed my keys that had been sitting there waiting for me. I was there for 3 hours total and my car was done after only 1.5 hours. I got my car reinspected here and when I had asked if they could tell me where they saw the core or wire showing on my tire, no one could tell me. I am very disappointed in this location and I will not be returning. I feel like I was given wrong information. Very very disappointed More

Had oil change done on my Dodge Ram, and recall taken care of. Didn't get a next oil change sticker in the window, didn't reset oil change monitor in dash, low washer fluid came on one day later, and scr care of.
