I went to use the express lane for an oil change. I received the oil change but my tires were rotated without my consent and was charged for it. After talking with the service desk the charge was remov received the oil change but my tires were rotated without my consent and was charged for it. After talking with the service desk the charge was removed and I left the rotation to cause less of a commotion. However, after leaving I experienced several issues. The alignment was now off, the tires weren’t balanced anymore, and I started hearing a weird noise while driving that wasn’t there when I brought the car in. More
