I took my car in last Monday because it wouldn’t start. I had to jump it to get it there. I was there about 2 hrs, they said my battery was low so they charged my battery. By the time Friday morning, the day it snowed comes my car is dead. No one could jump start it.. Well my car finally after 4 tow trucks come they get it to Dodge. They keep it till Monday because it snowed n they closed. Well I get a new battery n I come pick it up about 3:30pm n my tires are low at 24psi and the low tire light is lit on my dash.. No one bothered to fill my tires where’s the 15 point multi check it says they did it on my car but tires I do believe is 1 of the many checks… I swear I want Greenbrier Dodge back this is crazy.. I’m not happy.. I also asked to upgrade my car radio from the 3G to 4G n they said my radio can’t be upgraded, how is that when it’s telling me on Mopar, Uconnect, Driver assist button.. Omg, where did the Customer Service go.. Yes, I could have took it back to inflate my tires but I was tired because I work overnights a 10-12 hr shift n really didn’t want to go back in.. But Emily was great because I wasn’t happy at all from the beginning.. More

Had an early appointment but still had to wait 5 hours . Vehicle was given back to us hood wasn’t closed . And none of the issues was addressed. We was told on the paperwork to bring the vehicle back , but Vehicle was given back to us hood wasn’t closed . And none of the issues was addressed. We was told that we would get a call about the issues and that the proper technician wasn’t there and to expect a call the following Monday . We called left messages no one called back . Our vehicle had more issues after we left than when we brought it in . More
Just OK, no inspection report anymore, don’t getting feeling they care about you. The service advisor didn’t even my name right after I spelled it for. Service dept.has really gotten bad. Basically go there for the free oil change and state inspections. In fact they didn’t even do a good job on the last inspection. Told me I needed a light bulb (that is barely visible when it is on-$40), new wipers -$45, the headlights treated (too cloudy, which I agreed with), and a new muffler ($1500). Took this vehicle to another service dealer one month after the inspection for something else and ask them to check the struts because it made clanking noise when we went over speed bump. Service called and said the struts were fine but the tie rod ends were like rattles. I would expect that Southern would have caught this during the state inspection as this is a bigger safety issue than anything they said it needed! We have purchased our last three vehicles from Southern and are potentially in the market for a new vehicle, but I doubt we will purchase it from Southern due to their service department becoming so poor. More
