Very poor communication on a key fob replacement. Did not tell me the "key" part of the fob was not included in the charges. This is the second service appointment that no one called me to tell me my car was ready to pick up. There is also a pending recall that the Chrysler company sent me letters to say the parts were ready and to schedule, but the dealer had no clue what I was talking about and still don't have the parts. A lot of this is just Chrysler issues not dealer issues, but call me when my car is done so I can get on with my day. More
