Normal oil change and tire rotation with the addition of a Recall notice for the fuel pump relay turned into a major headache. After picking up the car all seamed normal. the vehicle sat unused for the weekend. On Monday When I started the Jeep to go to work I noticed that the Oil Change Due indication came back. At the gate at the Navy base the Guard cautioned me that I had no lights. When I parked the jeep I discovered that I had no headlights at all. After work I drove to the dealership and had a conversation with my service writer and he didn't believe that it was related to any of the work performed. I asked for the service manager and his take was "well the vehicle does have 160000 miles and things fail" he said they would investigate and troubleshoot but it could cost 160 dollars to do that. I told him I wasn't happy and again he repeated the 160000 miles and things fail. The Jeep was in excellent condition before you serviced it and not afterwards. 25 minutes later the service writer came out and said well there seams that there was a connecter that wasn't mated back up. As I walked out to get my vehicle the service manager couldn't even acknowledge me. Great customer service here! Not! More

Had service performed on my 2500 Ram. I had an appointment at 7 AM and I was the second car in line. After 2 hours I went to find out about how much longer they were going to be because if it was appointment at 7 AM and I was the second car in line. After 2 hours I went to find out about how much longer they were going to be because if it was going to be long then I would have my spouse pick me up. I find out that they didn't even start on it because they ran out of oil. My appointment was for brake pad replacement on the front and oil change, and I threw in a tire realignment. I was given a time of around 1030 so I left with my wife. I received a call at 1230 saying my vehicle was ready. After picking up my vehicle, my tire sensors go off. They forgot to change the pressure in the tires (back is a higher pressure than the front). I ended up doing it myself vice taking it back. Up to this service, I've always had good results from this dealership, but they are under new ownership now. More
