i brought my car into the dealership because the misfire on one of the spark plugs the service advisor said that it was because of the cylindor needed which was three of them. he said he couldnt tell me whi on one of the spark plugs the service advisor said that it was because of the cylindor needed which was three of them. he said he couldnt tell me which one was causing the misfiring so he recommend replacing all three $1600 with tire rotation and other minor repairs the total bill $2012.00. two days passed and the car was misfiring again. brought the car back to the dealer to fix two weeks and finally told by Mr joey spears that the only way your going to get your car back is if you tow it away because its a lemon. Pleae do not take your car to this service unless Mr joey Spears, Mr John Ducey are your family. Mr John Ducey told me over the phone are i had complained about the delay in repairing my car that he was from Missouri the show me state = i guess he showed me because they evidently blamed the dealer where i purchased the car.
